Unless stated in the product title, all devices are brand new.
Package seals may have been opened to check quality or perform basic testing or unlock functions, however unless specified otherwise, all devices are new and unused.
We occasionally sell refurbished or returned (Open Box) items but these items have this clearly detailed in the product title and description.
Some items may have had a more suitable ROM for your region installed and as such will have been plugged into a PC in order to flash the new operating system. In this case there may be evidence of subtle usage during this quick and straightforward procedure.
We source our stock internationally according to the best price and availability, allowing us to offer significantly discounted prices. Items come with a local adapter (where possible) when the included plug is for a different region. This process is also known as parallel importation and we offer local Australian and New Zealand warranty and support to provide a similar product to local stock at a much cheaper price.
