Sign Care & Usage
To clean your sign, lightly wipe with a clean and dry microfibre cloth. Keep your sign dry and do not use any polish or cleaning products.
Signs are designed for indoor use and should only be displayed outside for short periods in dry weather. Prolonged exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, water, frost, heat and UVs may damage and fade your sign.
To protect your sign in an outdoor environment, annually apply outdoor slow dry varnish or spray coat with acrylic sealer.

We do not dispatch any item until payment is received and cleared - instant payment via PayPal is fastest, payment methods such as eCheques will cause significant delays and your order will be put on hold until payment clears.

All our signs have free shipping to all UK mainland postcode addresses.
Please ensure that the address you'd like us to ship to is correct and property formatted to Royal Mail standards. Please provide a direct personal address, we do not offer refunds for lost/stolen packages if the address you provide is a shared residence or office/business premisses.
All our signs are made to order and shipped via Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Refunds & Returns
You have the right to return any purchase made from ButtonHillCottage up to 14 days after receipt of delivery.
We will not accept signs back that have been displayed for one off events or exposed to outdoor weather/elements and expect signs to be returned in the same condition as we dispatched them in. You will be required to pay postage charges on all returns.
