We source all of your jewellery from an authorised stockist and we buy in large quantities and for this reason are able to offer some great prices. 

All Hallmarks may not be visible to the eye, and if unsure please do contact us for advise. 

Fixtures

Please also note, all bead fixtures are different, we are happy to advise if it is a screwable bead, slip on bead or a clip on bead. Please always contact first for further assistance if unsure. 

Please note all beads may not fit your bracelet, such as the Essence collection as they have smaller holes. Please contact if you require further assistance. 

Service

Our dedication to customer care is paramount and our number one objective. We ship all orders within three business days and strive to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. However please note time frames. 

Shipping Terms

UK

All our items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail service. We try to get all orders delivered within 10 working days from date of dispatch, but set a longer delivery time to meet any issues that may arise such as delivery delays, public holidays etc.

If you require the item before the current estimated delivery date, please send us an Ebay message before purchasing, so we can advise if this date is achievable. 

Outside of UK

Usually take around 10-22 business days. 

If you are paying by Paypal you will need to ensure that the correct postal address is updated in your Paypal account. To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we will only post to the address selected in your Paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay.

If, in the unlikely event, your package has not arrived after 15 business days for international customers, please contact us with your confirmed shipping address and we will follow up with the postal services.

Payment

We only accept payments by Paypal. Please ensure correct postal address is updated in your paypal account. To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we only post to the address selected in your paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay. 

Lost in Transit 

If an item does not arrive in the time frames stated,  We will contact the postal services, Ebay and Paypal who may take up to 10 working days to complete their investigation. So, in the rare event that a package is lost, a full refund will be provided once investigation is complete. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may within 14 days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in brand new condition. All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

If an item is a faulty claims, this should be made within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the damage or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers cost of returning the item will be reimbursed. If a replace is not available a full refund will be provided. 

If the item is determined not be faulty or damage has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect use, it will be sent back at the buyers expense and no reimbursement will be offered. We check the condition of each item before they are sent out. 

All returns must be pre-approved via ebay messages. 

Other information for buyers and sellers

If found to be using same images in our advert without our permission is against eBay policy and will be reported.
