Buyer understands that used/new goods/item(s) can be dangerous if used improperly, installed improperly, damaged, and or not installed to manufacturer(s) specifications.  Buyer understands that they must contact manufacturer to obtain up to date installation instructions and manuals.  Buyer will always wear proper personal protective equipment when installing purchased item(s) for the hazards present and/or potentially present; and eliminate any sources of identified/potential risks. Inspect the item(s) upon delivery and before installation.  Buyer understands that the item(s) are sold as is / described and pictured on ebay auction.  Buyer understands that it may be impossible for Seller to know exact condition of used product when sold to buyer. Buyer also understands that the Seller is not responsible for any of the Buyers' actions at anytime that may cause some sort of Loss; as well as while riding the Buyers personal off-road vehicle with the item(s) installed or when installing purchased item(s) on the machine.
