If you aren't 100% satisfied with your ordered item, you can certainly return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel the order. Non-faulty Returns: If you decide that you would like to return for a refund or an exchange kindly contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. We will inspect all returned parcels and ask you to return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged, we may be able to accept the returns and offer a replacement.
A refund will be issued within 24-48 hours once we have received your returned parcel.
