Contemporary, new in perfect condition. A glass is not included (any glass 2.75 "/ 67mm diameter or slightly less is OK)
Made in Russia (Kolchugino, town is well-known because of tableware plant, founded by Alexander Kolchugin in 1871 located here. Most of Russian tea glass-holders were produced in Kolchugino.)
