A RedOctane Guitar Hero drum kit wireless dongle/receiver for PS3 (accessory Model No. 95481.806). This particular dongle can only be used for Guitar Hero Drum Kit sets, not other guitars. Sold unboxed, but a perfect replacement for those forever losing their dongles!


The item's condition is...

The dongle is in very good cosmetic condition, with no external scuffing apparent. The dongle hasn't been tested, but thanks to its overall cosmetic condition, it should work perfectly. Please inspect photos for an overview of condition.

 RIGHT-TO-CANCEL  &  RETURNS POLICY

If you are purchasing from within the UK, you are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which also form the basis of eBay's general Ts&Cs, as well as their Money Back Guarantee). In summary:

• If you change your mind about an order, you are entitled to cancel/return your order within a 14 day cooling-off period (a "buyer"s remorse" return).
• You can also return your items if they arrive damaged*, turn out to be unexpectedly faulty, or are otherwise generally "not as described".
• Providing the goods are returned in their original delivery condition, you will be issued with a full refund (inc. original P&P) via your original payment method.
• Return postage is free if using one of our pre-paid labels (generated by eBay), except for order cancellations/buyer remorse returns.
• If we cannot provide you with a pre-paid label, we will refund return postage costs up to the original postage cost, except for order cancellations/buyer remorse returns.
• You have from the time you place your order, and for up to 14 days from order delivery, to notify us that you wish to cancel/return an order.
• You have up to 30 days from order delivery to notify us of any pre-delivery damage, unexpected faults or other "not as described" issues.
• eBay gives us 8 days from the time you notify us to respond with further instructions, but we usually reply the same day if contacted during the working week.
• You have up to 14 days from your original return request (or from our response if outside of eBay's 8 day reply time) to post your order back to us.
• Returns must include all items purchased, in original delivery condition, with all original retail packaging (where included).
• We will issue your refund within 6 days of your items being delivered back to us.

*NOTE: If your items were damaged in transit, you can help us by taking clear photographs detailing the condition of the item, as well as the external packaging. Pictures of damaged goods should then be attached to an eBay message for our attention, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
