PAYMENT The successful bidder will be notified and is to contact us within 5 days of auction close. Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of auction. If payment is not received within 5 days an unpaid item reminder will be sent. If still not paid within 24 hours of the reminder, a Non Paying bidder will be filed and item will be re-listed.

shipping rates as are based on the shipping costs to the destination.
You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary for

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Accepted method of payment for shipments outside of North America is through Paypal. Please contact us before bidding if for some reason this is not possible. International buyers agree to assume responsibility for import duties and to accept events which are beyond our control (including Customs delays) that may result in delivery delays. Please wait to be contacted regarding shipping costs as we will only send items internationally with insurance.
REFUNDS
We do our best to describe and provide detailed pictures all of our items so that you are happy with your purchase. We try to list ALL information about an item listed for auction whether it is good or bad. However, it is often not possible to mention every imperfection that occurred during an item’s manufacturing or use. Minute scratches, color variances, straw marks, bubbles, swirls, or smudges are inherent to antique glassware and collectibles.
Returns-for-refund will be accepted under the following circumstances: The buyer sends a notification within 3 days of the item being received that a request for refund is being made. All deliveries will have a tracking number and delivery date will be determined by the delivery date on the confirmation ticket for the item. The buyer and seller have COMMUNICATED by phone and/or e-mail about the request for refund and the reason(s) for the request. You will receive a written confirmation for refund. Items returned without written authorization from us will be refused. If an AGREEMENT FOR REFUND has been reached, the refund will be issued when the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Authorized returns must be properly packaged and fully insured for the return. The bidder is responsible for paying S/H/I for nondefective returns. Grossly misrepresented items will be offered a full refund including shipping. A 15% restocking fee and incurred shipping cost(s) will be charged to the buyer for all non-defective returns.
