Shipping & Return Details

The shipping company we use is United States Post Office.  Days of delivery are usually on Tuesday and Friday.  After shipment you will be emailed with a tracking number for your order.  This tracking information only applies to domestic orders.  For international orders, tracking is usually not provided because we use airmail to ship and they do not offer tracking service.  For returns, please first contact us about it and provide reason for return.  We will only take return products that are either dead on arrival or it have faulty hardware.  We will not takes returns that is incompatible with your system.  All products get 30 days warranty so please contact us if you have problems within this time frame.
