This auction is for a set of 400 wooden, not cardboard, chip in a covered rotating carrier.  The chips are in great shape as is the carrier.  The chips are in red, white and blue.  The grain of the wood comes through the stain and may be seen in photos 4,5 and 6. Though the sale is for 400 chips, I will actually be sending almost 600.  The extras may be seen in the last two photos.  I'm doing this because some of the extras are in bad shape and I want the purchaser to feel free to toss them without feeling cheated.  It's a nice set but makes almost no sound when being used.

The shipping quote is for USPS Priority. Large and/or heavy items can be shipped by other USPS methods or by other carriers for a lower cost but will take longer to arrive. If you win the auction and would like to use something other than USPS Priority, request an invoice from me before paying for the item and ask for an alternative shipping method. I will gladly change to a less expensive method, if available, and adjust the shipping on the invoice. 

However, if payment is made using the USPS Priority amount, that will not be adjusted after the fact since the shipping will be purchased early the day after it was paid for.

Shipping Policy

                       Unless requested otherwise by the buyer, shipping will be done using USPS and will be 

                       done within two days of receiving payment.

                       Individual chips will be sent packed inside a padded envelope at a cost of $2.95. Chip sets

                       and other larger items will be carefully packed and shipped in flat rate boxes if possible.

                       I do combine shipping, if possible, on items sold on the same day and shipped in the same 

                       package. For combined shipping price, please wait for an invoice with corrected

                       shipping, prior to making payment.

Return Policy

                       Items may be returned for a refund of the original sales price, including shipping, within 

                       14 days of delivery if the item fails to meet the buyer’s expectation of quality.

                       Please contact seller prior to return. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

                       A refund will be sent out via Paypal when the seller has received the item and has 

                       confirmed that its condition is the same as when purchased.
