I received this speaker as a birthday present from my girlfriend.when they shipped to me they didn't bother to put the speaker in another box and send it to me(trying to save money on shipment) as a result the original box got scoffed in transit. I had to break the seal to check it to see if there is any damage. Fortunately, the unit is in mint condition, no scratches or dent. Test it . Sounds beautiful.two days earlier I purchased HEOS 7 so I didn't know this was coming ever since I have been using HEOS 7 and this sitting in the box in garage.it is brand new speaker. All paper work, manual , remote , everything that came with the box is in the box. Buy from me with confident.
