Shipping

We begin processing all orders the same day if payment clears prior to 1 pm Pacific Time (Monday-Friday).  All orders that payment clears after 1 PM Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the following business day. We also ship the items on Saturday!!!

We only ship to the address provided during checkout, and are unable to change the shipping address after payment has been submitted.

The best way to contact us to return a item, or if you have a problem with your order, is through the contact us tab on the top of the page, please give us up to 48 hours to respond. Please be assured that if there is any problem we will take care of the matter and resolve it. Please do not be quick to leave a bad feedback review please contact us and let us resolve the matter. Payment must be submitted within 3 days of committing to purchase this item.

When a product is purchased through PAYPAL you are covered for your purchase in the event that you do not receive your package, or if the item that you purchased is not as described or got damaged during shipment. PAYPAL is the safest and best way to pay for your online purchases.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unopened or unworn and include original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

There is a %20 restocking fee for all opened box returns.
