I will list any flaws I notice in the listing but I can say I would not list anything unless I would wear it myself. Once payment is made I will ship either the same day or the next day depending on what time it is made. Returns will only be accepted if the item is significantly explained differently from the listing or defective. They Will not be accepted because it's the wrong size or change of mind etc. so I ask please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Different brands run differently and sizes so where you may normally wear a 7 in one brand you may wear a 9 in another so I would recommend measuring a piece of clothing that you like the way it fits and if the measurements are not in the listing please ask as I will not have a problem getting that to you as quickly as I can. The women's clothing is all stuff I had bought for myself and I know some brands run smaller than others. Any of the NWT clothing items I did purchase for myself and it either did not fit right or when I got it home I did not like the way it looked and just never brought back. I am sorry about the strict policy I have just had problems in the past and unfortunately those people ruin it for the rest. I do work a full-time job and just do this in my spare time to whittle down stuff I have sitting in my closet. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM FOR CASH REFUND ONLY (RETURN SHIPPING FEES PAID BY THE BUYER) AND SO I ASK PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS WELL AS LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PHOTOS AS THEY ARE A PART OF THE DESCRIPTION AND I WILL LIST ANYTHING THAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT (STAINS, NON FACTORY RIPS, CHIPS, SCRATCHES ETC… I DO TRY TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS THOROUGHLY AS MOST ARE PRE-OWNED AND MY PERSONAL ITEMS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AND LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY AS THEY ARE ALWAYS OF THE PRODUCT YOU WILL RECEIVE! Sometimes auto-correct causes typos or just plain human error so please look at all photos thoroughly! I take lots of pics from as many angles as I can!
KEEP IN MIND THAT COLORS MAY VARY SOMEWHAT FROM THE PICTURES AS MONITORS ARE SET TO DIFFERENT SETTINGS. I TRY TO EXPLAIN AS WELL AS PHOTOGRAPH WITH AND WITHOUT FLASH TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. OFTEN THE ITEMS THAT STILL HAVE TAGS HAVE THE COLOR ON THEM AND I USE THE BRANDS COLOR EXPLANATION. EVERYBODY HAS DIFFERENT IDEAS OF WHAT "CONDITION" MEANS, GENERALLY I SAY EXCELLENT ONLY IF IT HAD BEEN WORN LESS THEN 5 TIMES AND STILL LOOKS AS IT DID WHEN I BOUGHT IT. IF I SPOT ANY STAINS OR TEARS THAT WERE NOT PUT IN BY FACTORY I WILL NOT SELL IT.
If, somehow, the item is significantly not as described, I will offer a full refund of the purchase price and the shipping costs. If the item is returned for any other reason the following policies are applicable:
1) I will accept a return on this item within fourteen (14) days: you must contact me within the allotted time frame after receiving the item and let me know of your intention and reason for returning the merchandise. The merchandise must be postmarked within the allowed time frame of when you notified me of your intent to return. The merchandise must be received and inspected before any type of refund is given.
2) The merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags must remain on the item, it must be returned with the dust bag, original box, and registration card (if applicable), must be unworn, unused, and unopened.
3) Buyer pays the return shipping: the original shipping fees, insurance and delivery confirmation fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4) An item returned for any reason other than a significant error in the listing on my part is subject to a $20. or 20% (whichever is greater), restocking fee.
