If your order is 2Kg it will automatically be sent by DPD Couriers. **Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, however, if this is the case the delivery will then be upgraded to a 'Priority Next Working Day Service' (Royal Mail 1st Class) to ensure you receive your product within the timescales our customers expect. ***In exceptional circumstances (we're only human) some orders may be delivered outside of the timescales set on our site. As with all small businesses we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and sometimes parcels do go astray, If this has happened please contact us directly to let us know and we will either locate your parcel or send out a replacement at our own cost.
