The camera and all of the accessories are in great condition! The bag shows the most wear, but that should be understandable as that's what was protecting everything from Day 1!
Shutter count is under 12k...there is plenty of life left on it! Check the photo of the diagnostic screens for extra info (Page 2 "R" is Shutter Releases) - Google "Find Olympus E-500 Shutter Count" to find out what it all means (or at least some of it!)
