This is a HID Headlight Assembly with Ballast for Nissan Murano model year  2003 to 2008 Drivers side. This headlight assembly comes with HID Ballast, some bulbs, connectors and extended wire harness for you to use if the one you are replacing is missing or damaged but I don't guarantee all the bulbs will be ok. This is a headlight with all the Tabs and there's no cracks just the normal wear on the lens including small scratches. I sell clean used items and they may have normal wear and tear.
