PC & Laptops warranty cover hardware only, the warranty does not cover any software issues, file corruption, setup or installation issues. 

If you experience problems with your item after 30 days of receipt, please inform us and we will repair, replace or refund your item accordingly. No returns refunds are available after 30 days.  No warranty is given batteries unless new or otherwise stated in advert.

We do put warranty stickers on our products and will only accept items back if the warranty seal is still intact. Items returned with no warranty seal will not be refunded.
