The dress is off the shoulder style with burgundy and gold lace frill over the shoulders. It is fitted at the waist and flares to a full skirt with deep black and gold lace flounce at the hem. Can be worn over a bustle frame or hoop skirt ( not included in the sale)
The bodice is lined with cream cotton fabric. The dress fastens at the back with hooks and eyes and press studs.
Size - a small size fitting - approx size 8 UK - bust measures 30 inches - from armpit to armpit is 15 inches. Waist size 24 inches, length from shoulder seam to hem 57 inches
A lovely costume - a fabulous dispaly piece.
Condition- good only very minor signs of wear. The inside bodice lining is marked and stained and may need to be replaced
