We require immediate payment via Paypal. We ship USPS first class and priority mail. First class mail estimates 3-7 business days, while priority mail is delivered in 2-3 business days. First class international mail estimates between 7-10 business days and in some cases can take up to two weeks. Please message us if you would like any additional upgrades including signature confirmation, insurance, or a preferred express/priority method.
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended on items over $100 as we are not responsible for misplaced items in the mail.
We offer a discounted shipping rate for multiple items. Please message us prior to purchasing to receive the discount.

Since we provide accurate measurements and photos of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections. We use our best judgment when translating items that do not have an original US size, but it is ultimately up the the buyer to review our measurements in such case before purchasing.
If you feel as though an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted if an item has been grossly misrepresented.
