Hello there, and thanks for looking. Here we have a very rare signed first edition copy of the great cookbook Le Cordon Bleu At Home. Signed by Le Cordon Bleu Director and chef Laurent Duchene. Hardcover, published by Hearst Books in 1991. Stated First Edition. Signed on the first page. No notes, underlines or highlights. Nice tight binding. Seems like the book was never/rarely used, pages are crisp and clean. There is a rip/slit on the bottom of the inside cover, and also on the inside of the back cover, along the inside edge. The Dust jacket has some light wear. Good times.
