Condition

This item is in good condition, with only minor blemishes if any. The unit has been inspected, tested and cleaned before being shipped. Some minor surface wear and case blemishes may be present.


The unit is covered by a 30-day parts warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is only valid if the hardware is returned in its original 
packaging, and only covers defective hardware. Warranty is limited to the repair/replacement of defective hardware with equivalent or better 
equipment. Warranty does not cover minor cosmetic damage or blemishes, and is void if warranty stickers are broken, the hardware has been 
misused or abused by the purchaser. Extended Warranty Available!

Shipping Information


Shipment of your item will occur within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or truck 
freight when required. Buyer will pay the flat rate shipping charge stated in the auction or the actual shipping cost calculated at auction close if no 
flat rate is provided. Standard flat rate shipping based on Motor Freight. For any special or other shipping requests, customer needs to call 
Sunstar Company (800-663-5523) for quotation. We do not charge any fee for local pick-up. We recommend that Buyers insure their shipments. 
We ship WorldWide. For Alaska, Hawaii, and ALL other international destinations, bidders must contact the seller to request an estimate for 
shipping charges prior to the closing of the bidding. We will only ship to a Pay Pal or credit card provider with a confirmed address.

We Reserve the right to deny shipment to specific countries.

Returns

The following are our policies for returns:

  • If an item is determined defective, please email your seller for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must accompany all DOA's. 
  • Unauthorized DOA's will not be accepted.
  • It is the responsibility of the Buyer to notify Sunstar Company of DOA items within 5 days from date of receipt of shipment.
  • If insurance WAS purchased with the order, Sunstar Company will handle return shipping costs. If insurance WAS NOT purchased, the 
  • BUYER must handle return shipping costs.
  • If the returned item IS found defective by Sunstar Company, the item will be repaired/replaced and Sunstar Company will pay for the return 
  • shipping to the BUYER. If the item cannot be repaired/replaced, a refund of the item price ONLY will be refunded, shipping and insurance 
  • costs are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item IS NOT found defective by Sunstar Company, the item will be returned to the buyer at the BUYER'S expense and the 
  • buyer may be charged a $35 technical service fee. We recommend insured shipments.
  • Non-defective merchandise must be returned within the first 15 days after purchase.
  • All such returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and you pay return shipping.
