Unless otherwise stated, Package is NOT including soil and pot. Plants will be ship bare root. Cuttings will be shipped without root. Please be advised that some leaves maybe loosed or broken during shipment. Succulents are durable. If the stem has broken off completely, allow it to dry for 1 week in the shade. If the stem is hanging, carefully cut off and then do the same.
Winter Shipping
You are highly recommended to choose PRIORITY MAIL and add HEAT PAD in your package. Heat pad is available for sale in my store under Heat Pad.

Color
It is difficult to display the exact color online as the cameras, lighting, exposure, and equipment can all affect the outcome of the picture. Different monitors can also display color differently, so exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any minor color discrepancies between the displayed product and your received product.
Return Policy
- Buyer has to notify us of any defective or damaged items within 24 HOURS of the items' receipt.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees during an item's exchange, including the return shipping that is needed to ship the new item back to the customer.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- All defective items must be returned/ received by us within 7 days from the original receiving day of the item you purchased.
- Please include a copy of the list of items in your package as proof of purchase and note the reason for your return.
- Please allow 10 business days starting from the receipt of your return to process your return.
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments. If you paid by PayPal, then you will receive a refund on your PayPal.
