Our offices are open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday, and from 9am to 3pm on Friday. Unfortunately we are closed on the weekend so we can get some well-earned rest!

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return the unused item/s to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in a new and unused, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Skatehut before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.  

Refunds can be provided within 7 days of purchase, exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will have to pay for the return postage, but we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods. If the wrong item has been sent out or if the item is proven faulty after an inspection by ourselves, then we can refund up to £10 of your return postage.
