This is an old Nokia phone that I bought in the early 2000's. I am the original owner phone is superclean does not have a scratch on it. Battery is included. I don't have the charger to plug it in to see if it still functional but the phone worked perfect the last time I used it. The phone has been in a 100% smoke-free environment the entire time that I've owned it. It ran on what was then called the Cingular network which was eventually bought out by AT&T.
