Faulhaber Co. Monroeville Ohio pan bicycle seat, spring/coil.  There are some tears and some spots.  Underneath you can read pretty clear but not the capitol F in Faulhaber and capitol in Monroeville.  It also has "a PERSONS PRODUCT"
