Shipping Information
Shipping costs are as follows -
UK buyers - Item will be sent by a Standard Royal Mail Service (expected delivery time - 1 to 3 days) £1.30
Worldwide - I will post to most destinations worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard Service (expected delivery time 3 to 5 days) £3.50.
Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon.-Fri.) of receiving payment. Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 2pm
Please note that the postage rates quoted are for a standard, economy service and as such only offer limited insurance.
If this method is accepted, then it is entirely at the buyer's own risk.
If an enhanced service is required with full insurance protection, I am quite willing to arrange this. However the full cost must be
covered by the buyer. In this instance please contact me before checkout for costs and a revised invoice.
Please note that for multiple purchases, a postage discount is usually available. If buying more than one item, please wait for a revised invoice from me to reflect the lower charges.
Returns Policy
Returns can be accepted within 14 days from receipt but be aware that the buyer pays return postage.
**Refund of purchase price will be given by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.**
The item must also be in exactly the same condition as it was when dispatched and should be returned in the original packaging, complete with any boxes, certificates, etc which were included in the sale.
