I do not cancel bids, especially not for people who claim their child used their account without their knowledge. eBay has cracked down on this & Sellers are not expected to cancel or refund transactions for this reason. In fact, we can report buyers.

According to the eBay Buyer Guidelines, if your child or anyone else has access to your account and they place a bid from your account, YOU are legally responsible for payment.

If you are one of those people who pretends your child bought something every time you change your mind, do not buy from me!

ITEMS & CONDITION

• You will receive everything in the photo.

• All of my LPS are are previously owned items unless they are still in the original packaging. Be sure to look at all photos and zoom in to see if there are any paint rubs, marks, or imperfection. If there are any major blemishes, I try to take close up photos so you can see them clearly.

• I don't mention marks, imperfections, initials, etc., on accessories. But I clean and disinfect all pets and accessories prior to listing them, so they are ready to give to a child or wrap as a gift.

• All pets are AUTHENTIC Littlest Pet Shop to the best of my knowledge. I buy most of my pets from large lots or individually on eBay, or from moving sales. When I buy from ebay, I choose sellers with the highest feedback ratings. There are lots of fake LPS pets on eBay that sell for very cheap prices. My prices may higher because my pets are authentic to the best of my knowledge -- and I pay more for them in auctions.

• Most of the accessories paired with pets are LPS, but I do include other accessories that look cute with the pets.

BIDDING

• I do not cancel bids or transactions, especially for people who claim their child used their account.

• If your child or anyone else has access to your account and they place a bid from your account, according to eBay Buyer Guidelines, YOU are legally responsible for payment.

• Do not message me afterward and try to say that your child used your account without you knowledge and now you want to cancel the transaction. I will not cancel it & I will report you to eBay for violating the Buyer Guidelines.

• If your account is hacked, please report it to eBay's fraud department and eBay will cancel the bid. They will also trace the IP address to find out the address associated with the computer/phone that placed the bid, so be sure it is a case of fraud before you report it.

SHIPPING

• I only ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program.

• All my items include tracking info. When an item is delivered, the tracking info updates to "delivered." Once tracking shows that an item has been delivered, if you don't receive it you have to contact your post office.

• eBay does not hold sellers responsible for items once tracking shows they have been delivered. If tracking doesn't show your item has been delivered within the timeframe eBay provides (plus 1-3 additional days for handling), please contact me.

UNPAID AUCTIONS

• My account is automated.If an item does not require immediate payment and you do not pay within 48, the system opens an Unpaid Item Case.

• Unpaid cases are strikes against your account. If you receive 3-4 strikes, eBay will close your account.
