This is a new retro-style action figure made by Funko for the Reaction series. This one is a figure from the Nightmare Before Christmas line, based on Barrel. The figure is roughly 2.25 inches tall.

The figures appear to be in fairly good shape. The mask on Barrel has slipped down though. 

The figure is still sealed, but there's some noticeable wear. There's some scuffing to the plastic bubble (picture #3). There's heavy wear and fraying to the edges (pictures #4, #5, #6, #9, #10, #11 and #12). The card is a little curled (picture #7). 

The card is worn, but it should still be a nice buy.
