I started my business because I thought I had something special to offer that could help others. I sell a product that people want, or offer a service that people need. I have done a lot of work honing my skills or enhancing my selling performance.
I want to provide excellent service to you, I really do. But sometimes it is very hard to do that. I lost my Dad not long time ago, my only Hero, person that I loved the most. It is still hard to get back on feet but I am working, sending items and trying my best. I am Girl with No Parents and noone to help, with little Son and big passion to live. Sometimes I can't answer quickly, please understand this.
I understand that you’re frustrated when item arrived late, damaged or has been lost in transit, but I’m really trying my best, and leaving negative feedbacks for me definitely doesn’t help.
I don’t always have all of the answers to all the questions you ask me. However, if I don’t know the answer, I promise that I’ll find it out and get back to you. Please don’t be angry when I can’t give you an immediate answer. I’d rather check it out and make sure that I’m giving you the correct information, rather than make it up and get it wrong.
