Payment
Payment should be received within four days of auction end. Due to changes in eBay policy we will only be able to accept Paypal for payment of our items. If payment is not received within four days an auto-generated reminder will come from eBay. Shipping
We will do our best to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed payment during weekdays. Domestic shipping, we may use USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping service unless otherwise requested by the buyer. A tracking number will come via e-mail after we ship. We require insurance on any item over $50.00. It usually takes 1 business day to processed & set for delivery. We charge either calculated or flat rate which is built by UPS & or USPS and is built into the listing. International bidders should contact us for the shipping rate on specific item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - PLEASE READ - Our preferd method for shipping is the eBay Global Shipping Program when it is offered. We may also use USPS Priority & Express mail due to need of required tracking number. It is more expensive but safer for both of us. We generally process orders in one business day from payment. The typical delivery time for delivery is 7~10 business days. Please be advised there could be significant delays caused by the Customs clearance at the destination country. We will need a local phone number for customs for all shipments this will allow your local customs office to contact you.
Orders entering a country outside the US may be subject to customs inspection by that country. Assessment of duties & taxes in accordance with your country's laws may result. Import duties, taxes i.e. VAT etc. & charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges from us and they are not collected by us. Buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes incurred for their purchase. Please contact your local Post Office to determine any estimated taxes & duties. Customs randomly inspects packages. If your package is inspected by your countries customs, it may delay you receiving the package.
Terms of Sale
We have a generous return policy on eBay. You can return your item within 14 days of the purchase, in its original condition with all tags attached (if applicable). A reason for return is required within 72 hrs of receiving the item. We will process full refund less shipping within 1 week of receiving the item. If free shipping was applied to an order any item returned will result in a fee equal to our original shipping & handling charges plus related restocking fees, if applicable. If we make a mistake in delivery or listing, we will refund shipping both ways as well issue a full refund. A restocking fee of 10% will deducted from the refund amount of any returned item. We are a small company and we cannot absorb the fees we pay and loose when items are returned. Please bid carefully. Further, if you return an item you will receive an email from ebay asking your to agree not to complete the sale. This is a requirement for any returns regardless of reason.
