DESCRIPTION
These are brand new custom engraved crowns. They are OEM Seiko crowns with stems that are professionally diamond engraved by one of the most respected engravers in the UK. Each crown is individually engraved, these are not mass produced pieces and as such they are absolutely superb quality. A watchmaker can change the crown for you quickly and easily as these are OEM crowns so swap out like for like. Signed crowns are normally only seen on Seiko's high end watches. Even the MM300 crown is unsigned, which is a pity as a signed crown really does finish things off beautifully. If, however, you'd like to properly finish your SKX series watch, now you can. This auction is for a crown with stem only. The watch in the pictures is for illustration only. 

Please note: These crown sets are produced by Seiko enthusiasts for Seiko enthusiast. I wanted a signed crown for my 777 Turtle, none existed, so I went to great lengths to have one produced. This is also why I insist on using OEM Seiko parts instead of cheaper after-market ones. That, however, results in much greater expense and a shallow profit margin but I believe it's the right way to go. With this in mind, I do not want to bump the price further by producing fancy packaging. You won't receive your crown in a deluxe felt pouch or gold embossed box. It will come with it's original Seiko plastic packaging, sandwiched between recycled cardboard to keep it safe in transit. This will then ship to you in a new padded envelope. Remove the packaging, install your new crown, breathe easy knowing it's Seiko OEM quality and feel no remorse whatsoever about throwing the packaging straight into the recycling where it belongs.

CUSTOM ENGRAVING
Our custom engraved products are not mass produced. Instead they are deep engraved by one of the UK's leading engravers. Deep engraving is the kind of top quality engraving used on expensive trophies and high end products where metal is actually removed to produce the engraving. We will NOT use the cheaper laser or diamond engraving as the overall quality of the finished product would be greatly reduced.

LEAD TIME
If the product you order is in stock and is not a custom engraved order then your item will ship within 24 hours of your received payment. Custom engraved orders typically take 1 - 3 weeks to produce. When you place your order we will notify you of your approximate lead time.

SHIPPING, PACKAGING & RECYCLING
Our time zone is GMT. If we receive your order by 12 noon we will ship it the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will often still be shipped the same day but latest the next day. When your order has left us we will update your eBay purchase information to reflect that. We will not change your shipping status unless the order has actually been shipped. If the order is shipping via a tracked method of shipping then we will add the tracking information to your eBay purchase information at the same time.

For domestic shipping we use Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Signed For. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail or Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Your items will be well packed, normally in a plain white padded envelope. We don't believe in using lavish gift boxes and packing materials and will recycle whenever possible. If you order a signed crown, for example, you will receive it in it's original Seiko OEM packaging, sandwiched between a piece of recycled cardboard to prevent it from bending during transit. That may not make you feel like you've just shopped in the West End of London but you will be able to bin the packaging in good conscience, safe in the knowledge that nothing was needlessly wasted and the packaging you just threw away cost you nothing. We much prefer to invest your money into the quality of the actual product rather than fancy wrappings and most of our customers really appreciate that policy.

RETURNS
We run a simple and fair returns policy. A custom-made item cannot be returned unless it is damaged, incorrectly described or not what was ordered. A non-custom item may be returned within 30 days as long as it has not been used and is in the exact same condition as when it was shipped to you. If you've simply changed your mind or would like to return a product that has no faults then the shipping charge both ways is your responsibility. If we have made a mistake or sent you a damaged or unusable product then the shipping charge both ways is our responsibility.

FEEDBACK
We will always leave you feedback as we like to take every chance we get to thank you for your business and we really appreciate it if you'd do the same for us. Before leaving feedback, however, if there is anything you're not completely satisfied with, please contact us first and allow us the chance to put that right for you. All companies sometimes make mistakes and we will undoubtedly make a few, too but a company should be judged upon how they deal with that mistake so please do give us a chance to deal with it for you and then leave us feedback.
