PAYMENT: is due within 3 days or a case will be
opened. If you need more time please email first. I am very nice to work
with. If you need an invoice sent please email me specifying
international shipping is needed. I only accept Paypal.
SHIPPING:
I will ship your item within 3 business days ( I may not ship items on
the weekends) Although I try and ship out things asap. If you need an
item by a certain time frame please email first and I can accommodate.
Every item comes with a tracking umber and is ship through USPS.
RETURN
POLICY: I do not accept returns. Please look at pictures closely or ask
for any measurements if needed. Every item may vary in sizing. It is
important to read descriptions. Many of my items are PREOWNED so there
may be signs of wear and conditions may vary; such as piling,
imperfections, sizing, wear from wash and drying, ect. Please use common
sense when buying and looking at pictures. I will point out any
imperfections that may affect your buying decisions. Please contact me
first about any concerns or problems WITHIN 2 days of receiving your
item.
If an item needs to be returned under certain
circumstances you must contact me first and a restocking fee of 20% will
be charged and the buyer is responsible to any costs to return the
item. The original shipping costs will also not be refunded. A refund
will be granted when the item is return within 7 days and in the
original condition. Items are also from a smoke free home.
Some
of my auctions have the option to "Make an Offer". When submitting an
offer I can accept it. When you submit an offer you are committing to
pay and buy that item, if accepted. If you make offers on multiple
items I am more than likely to discount and the more you buy the more
discounts I can give. However this does not mean that one can make an
offer to get a discount and only pay for one item. If this happens
will open a nonpayment case and cancel your other transactions. Payment
is due within 2 days for "Buy It now"and "Make an Offer" categories.
Please do not make an offer if you do not have the money to pay for it.
Please
be honest and up front with me about ANY concerns or questions. I try
and answer my message in a timely, professional, and happy manner,
however if I do not respond please feel free to send another email. I
would love to answer any questions but may have just missed it-I am
human.
