Returns Help

All items we sell we guarantee for 90 days from the date of shipping, to be as described and working as described.
If your purchase is not as described as in the listing or not working as described we will happily repair, replace or refund your item with no re-stocking fee and all shipping paid by us
Subject strictly to the following conditions.
(buyers wrong viewing region or power supply will require item returned at buyers expense including all our out of pocket shipping costs and restocking fee of -

• 10% for all second-hand items purchased.
• 15%for all new not sealed items purchased or sealed items not opened.
• 40% for brand new sealed items that have been used or opened.

Excluded conditions for repair, replace or refund
(Items that have a void tamper sticker on them must be returned with the security sticker intact. If returned with void sticker damaged or tampered with, then no repair, exchange or refund will be given)
