- Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase
- If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
- You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched via e-mail
- Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID

- Policy on guaranteed fitment. if there is a fitment issue please contact us. We will need you to send in pictures of the parts and show us what is wrong with it .Also a copy of the business licence from the body shop doing the installation. If the parts are defective after reviewing of the info you provided we will exchage another brand new replacement asap.
- All products require professional installation. Minor adjustment might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps.Therefore it is not consider to be defective. In addition FRP are hand crafted and no two items will be identical. Pictures are required to demostrates true defects on products prior to return.
- All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop not limited to cutting, filling and shaving.
