We strive to have successful sales with the customer. Please notify us directly as suggested by Ebay (rather than open a case) if there are any issues when the item arrives. We will work with the buyer to find a satisfactory solution.
Please note: if an item is broken or damaged during shipment, we require photos of the broken item, the packing material and the box. This is because we may have to make a possible claim from the postal service. Also, we ask that the buyer keep all these items until we receive our claim. Meanwhile, after the buyer sends the photos, we will refund immediately.

click on Order details and then Contact Seller. AT THIS POINT, select
"OTHER" and you will be able to email me directly. All other options
will open a case against the Seller. Please DO NOT open a case unless you are
unhappy with my customer service after contacting me with your concerns. Any CASE
for any reason and regardless of the end resolution, has an adverse effect on
Sellers, both in their rating status and the fees charged by eBay.
I do my best to describe items accurately. Please remember when purchasing
vintage items that they have had a life before reaching you. Expect small
little marks, scuffs and light signs of wear unless the item is described as
MINT. Be sure to look at the photos as they are an integral part of the item
description. Some items may need to be polished, dusted, or cleaned.
