Note that the model's base gives its unit as "II.JG/1 Wespen Geshwader" which would make it an aircraft in the 2nd Staffel of the Geshwader or Wing. However, the Wing was a Zerstorergeshwader or "Destroyer Wing" so the aircraft was in the 2nd Staffel of Zerstorergeshwader 1 (which equates to the 2nd Squadron of the 1st Destroyer Wing).

Because some countries have explicit prohibitions against selling items bearing the German WWII national symbol, which was a standard tail marking on Nazi aircraft, eBay policy does not allow listings of items such as this model to offer shipping to such countries. In view of this, we have made a conscientious effort to ensure that the shipping alternatives in this listing are in full compliance with such policies.

Very nice model with finely-detailed panel lines and great camouflage pattern. Does not come with landing gear so it can only be displayed 'in flight' on the stand provided. These Oxford models sit on their stands banked slightly to the right - which was compensated for when we took our first two pictures. Diecast model. Oxford Aviation #AC051.

MIB but the boxes of both models being offered under this listing lacks the standard Oxford label with the part number, model description and Barcode. Instead there is simply the blank white square where these labels normally are applied and only the part number "AC051" appears there, handwritten with ink.
