CONDITION
• Items range from new to used played with condition. Items may have initials written on the bottom (only on bottom), minor scuffs, rubs, paint loss, scratches, etc., from play.
• From a smoke-free home.
NO DUPLICATES
• You will not receive any duplicates in your lot. If you buy more than one bag in the same order, you will not receive any duplicates in any of your bags.
Purchase multiple bags in the same purchase and you will not receive any duplicates in your bags.
REQUESTS TO CANCEL TRANSACTIONS OR RETURN ITEMS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED
We do not cancel transactions after items have been purchased.
According to eBay policy, if your child uses your account without permission you are responsible for payment.
SHIPPING
• International Shipping: I only ship through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
• Most packages ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
• We cannot combine shipping for items that require immediate payment (eBay doesn't offer that option). In the event that buy multiple items that require immediate payment AND you overpay for shipping, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. If that doesn't cover the overpayment, we will refund you the balance if it is more than $1.50, via Paypal.
• Handling time is 1-3 days, but we usually ship faster.
• All items include tracking information. After an item is delivered, the tracking information updates to "delivered." Once tracking shows that an item has been delivered, if you didn't receive the package you have to contact your post office.
RETURNS
• No Returns unless you receive the wrong item or the item you ordered does not match the listing.
• Grab Bags & Flat Rate "Surprise Boxes" cannot be returned.
