Items for UK delivery are shipped by Recorded delivery Royal Mail or parcelforce. Export all items are Shipped by International Signed for Delivery 1st Class or Airsure  Guarantee. We will repair or replace any Item that is faulty due to bad workmanship or faulty material, provided the item is returned in as new condition and we are informed in writing within 5 days of receipt of the item of any claim. We will not be liable for any damage caused by rough handling.
