Up for bid is a fine Israeli sterling and malachite pendant brooch with red glass stones.  The oval pin is about 1 5/8 inches long by 1 ¼ inches wide and weighs 14 grams.  It is set with an irregular oval malachite stone surrounded with faceted red glass stones.  It has a standard pin back with a safety catch, as well as a loop at one end.  The pin is marked “MADE IN / ISRAEL / 925” as shown.<P>

Condition on the pendant is fairly good.  It is a bit crude, so the pin attachment is sloppy and there are a few dings that are likely original to the piece.  A fun little item!<P>
