This PBX has a Key phone interface (valued at $100.00) and 1 Key phone (value $120.00) for the operator station - both are included with this listing. The Key Phone interface is installed into the PBX. Add up to 3 more key phones for $120.00 each by calling 215-698-2933 or use regular touch tone phones you supply. These extensions and the other 12 extensions may use regular touch tone phones. The first 4 extensions may use up to 4 key phones (1 included) and other extensions must use regular phones provided by the user including cordless, or wired.
- 4 Lines 16 extensions - Connects up to 4 Telephone lines from the CO (Central office of the Telephone Company). These are normal loop start analog telephone lines and now may be Vonage, Comcast, Xfinity, ATT, Frontier and similar VOIP lines. -- the same kind you have at home and in most offices. You may connect up to 16 single line telephones or devices to the DL-416-832 PBX telephone system.

3 part Basic Auto Attendant - This lets you record up to a 60 second OGM (outgoing message) For example; press 601 for sales, 602 for service, 603 for billing...or 0 for the operator...etc. and when the caller selects the desired option, the pbx rings to the desired extension. The caller can be notified with two 20 second messages you record when the extension is busy or not answering. You may also leave this Auto Attendant feature disabled if desired or use in combo with our optional EVM series Voice Mail / Full Featured Auto Attendant Systems. Our optional 2 port EVM system can give this PBX unlimited (up to 6 hr.) message time to allow for long main greetings and detailed no answer / busy prompts as well as providing voice mail to each extension plus a true audiotex menu system that can inform the caller and also transfer using single digits to the PBX extensions. It's also great for sales or support groups with multiple people answering calls to a dedicated sales or support extension from their own phone. You hear another call and pick up your phone and dial the pickup code to pick up the call. This is very important to many organizations. There is also a direct pick up code that allows the system to integrate with our optional Voice Mail systems that allows for unsupervised FAST transfers and Pick Up to Voice Mail features.
