In very good order:

Optically B+           Very good, bright, some visible dust specks to rear lens. No fungus, no haze, no scratches.

Cosmetically A--    Excellent, faded indices and other signs of age and use, as shown

Mechanically B++  Very good, smooth but over firm aperture and focus, dry blades.

Originally designed specifically for Bolex REFLEX 16mm cameras, but now adaptable to digital formats like the Pentax q and possibly others, adapter or camera not included.
