Vintage Women’s Ivory White Rubber Swim Cap Raised Floral Flower.

From what I’ve researched I’m pretty certain it is Janzten

It has raised molded 3D floral design in good condition. There are no cracks or tears and is still very soft and stretchy. There is discoloration where it has laid. I tried to get a few out and they do fade some.
