This is the U.S.S. ENTERPRISE 1701-E from the Art Asylum / Diamond Select Starship Legends line. This ship is specifically modeled from the ship first scene in the feature film Star Trek: First Contact. - This ship was opened and displayed in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment. While I can not call it "Mint in Box" because it was opened and displayed, its condition is excellent.
