Before the purchase
1. Please read below, make sure you understand everything. If unsure please ask before the purchase.
2. You will have to send to us your original DME, original CAS/EWS and original key in order to make the remanufactured DME plug n' play. Please prepare them in advance. You will have to provide the VIN of your car and part number of the DME before the purchase.
After the purchase
3. The shipping address will be provided after the purchase. Please, send to us your original DME, original CAS/EWS and original key.
4. We will send the remanufactured DME the same or next day after receiving your items and completing the work.
NOTE! We need core (your old DME) for this item. Therefore, we will keep your old DME. If you want your old DME to be returned, we have to charge you core charge. Core charge for this DME is $235. Please make sure you understand this before the purchase!
Item Description
This item ECM / ECU / DME (engine control module) is for remanufactured and reprogrammed, plug and play BMW DME type MEVD172 (MEVD17.2), MEVD1726 (MEVD17.2.6), MEVD172G and MEVD172S.
Programming will make the remanufactured DME:
cloned 1:1 copy of the original, except OTP memory areas (not relevant), plug and play!
matched matched to your immobilizer (CAS / EWS / EIS / EZS / etc.), plug and play!
unlocked can be programmed to your car with proper tools / procedures ( virgin state )
needs programming / adapting / coding!
immo off will work in any car, immobilizer disabled ( software / emulator ), plug and play!
tuned performance / economy tuned, plug and play!
decoded PIN / ISN / SK / read, needs programming / adapting / coding!
special DTC off / EGR off / CAT delete / etc, plug and play!
