I collect makeup and dolls, and these are items that I may have gotten overzealous buying things OR I got a duplicate of. Or I just have ... bought too many things all at once. Hey! This is addicting!
In many of my auctions, you'll notice that I give a portion of my proceeds to local animal charities.
I do have adopted furbabies of my own, Gizmo and Mogwai supervise my auctions. All items are packed away from said slave drivers, but I cannot guarantee that they don't try to insert a tiny gift of their own to you (i.e. a tiny hair or two). They are not allowed to play with my dolls, makeup, etc. But they are the boss on who gets a 'free gift with purchase.'
I DO NOT smoke. My items are stored in a cool, dark room, often in plastic totes.
What Does this Auction Include, What will You Do and Not Do?
Please read the description carefully and take a look at the pictures, I cannot stress this last part enough. Also, if you don't like to read, I tried to bold the important stuff; though please do read ABOUT your item in that section called "About" your item.... I specifically tell you if it comes with it's original packaging, has any noticeable issues, is new, etc.
My listing description INCLUDES the photos I provide, condition, etc. are not only described but also include the photos. If you have any questions on the condition, etc. let me know before you bid. Pictures listed on ebay as well as linked are part of the description!
Only the item named in the description is included in the auction. Any additional props, such as additional dolls, miniatures, pictures, wigs, or other clothing, are not included. The display hangers, if in images, are not included.
I will not undress a NRFB or Dressed doll.I will do my best to take photos and notate anything I can see.
Returns
I do not accept returns, though as always you are protected by Ebay's Buyer protection. I do not offer refunds unless I have grossly misrepresented my items. I try to take photos and give accurate descriptions - but I am not a big company, I am just another collector, just like you.
If you received damaged goods, you MUST follow my steps as outlined in the "Shipping" Section below.

Shipping
I lovingly pack these items, and I insure them, so that if they get lost or damaged, I don't do (what I hate here!) and say "it's out of my hands!" You paid for an item, I'll do my best to get it to you, just because I can't handle it myself to your door doesn't mean I can't insure it and make things right if the post office decides to play soccer with it.
Boxes are meant to protect an item and may contain shelf wear, scratches, scrapes, etc. (i.e. normal wear and tear for shipping and handling) to get to you. The box(es) are doing their job of protecting the contents on their way to you. If the box's condition is of notable concern to you, PLEASE contact me, and I will do as much as I can to protect even a manufacturer's 'original shipping box' for an item.
I do use recycled items as much as possible, to help offset our carbon footprint. That means I will recycle boxes, packing materials, tissue paper, etc. If you require new materials, please contact me before paying for your purchase.
Items over $150, at my discretion, may require a signature confirmation at delivery - especially if delivered to an apartment or condo complex.
By bidding you are agreeing the following:

If the box is noticeably damaged upon receipt, the requirement is for you to take the unopened package to your nearest USPS center and get a claim of damaged goods signed at the post office. You must do this within 48 hours of receipt.
Here are the steps to take if you received damaged goods:
1. You must keep all the packaging (you cannot throw away any of the bubble wrap, packing materials, or any pieces. etc.)
2. YOU MUST take pictures of the materials and the item. (It might be a huge benefit to take a picture even before opening the package if the box has dents/dings/scratches/etc.) Please understand I may require you to take additional photos, so please hold onto all materials, packaging, pieces, etc. or you forfeit these rights.
Most phones today are more than capable of taking these photos. Ebay allows you to send photos, and there are many photo-sharing services we can use.
3. YOU MUST contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item, the sooner the better. I must be able to use these pictures with USPS! The pictures will have to be clear and there must be evident damage to the item, NOT just the container or boxes/packaging.
4. You may be required to take the item to your nearest USPS center.
GLOBAL SHIPPING/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I use the Global Shipping Program, so I ship anywhere they do - but they take care of shipping out of the US and it is safer for you and I. I follow all of eBay's instructions. I do not declare items at lower value.
All fees are handled up front with the Global shipping program - including your custom fees.
Payment
I request that you make payment within 24 hours, at the latest 2 days of the end of the auction unless you have contacted me to let me know and we have made arrangements otherwise.
I only accept PayPal UNLESS the description has explicitly explained otherwise.
Your item will be automatically relisted if there is no payment within 3 days of the end of the auction - eBay has this awesome little feature that does it for me automatically. I WILL report non-payers. I'm just another collector, please...I am willing to work with you, just let me know
