This item has no scratches, dents, or chips, and comes with charger.  Casing will also be included as shown in photos.  There is a new screen protector on it, but can be taken off or replaced as desired (i had a few problems with bubbles when adhering, please see pic.. but when tablet is on it is unnoticeable).  Its been used sparingly since it was purchased mainly for trips away.  Battery holds a great charge.  The item is in near mint condition as it has been case and screen protected since day 1!
