shipping addresses are mailed with a US Customs Form declaring
package contents, weight, and buyer's purchase price.

S/H Costs: These are flat-rate shipping and handling costs based on order size and/or weight,
and shipping destination. These costs (as-applicable) include postage, insurance, additional
carrier services/forms, packaging and shipping supplies, seller fees and transaction fees.

Discounts - Combined S/H Costs: For multiple item orders, a S/H discount is available
if all items are combined and paid with only one payment (invoice). The S/H cost for
the largest and/or heaviest item on the order is the base cost for the combined
S/H costs, and not discounted. Each additional combined item purchased
includes a significant S/H discount to the individual item S/H cost.
