This is the Lego Creator 4998.  You get the dinosaur shown in the picture.  It doesn't come with a box, booklet, etc.  I'm assuming the T-REX and Pterodactyl don't use additional pieces, but I'm not 100% sure.  I'm pretty sure that this dinosaur is 100% complete, as the previous owner was extremely meticulous with his legos, and I don't see what it could possibly be missing.  I will do my best to ship it carefully, but there is a chance that some of the pieces may disconnect during shipping.
