He then discusses in detail weapons, scopes and mount selection, bullet drop compensation procedures, trigger selection and pull, wind meters and range finders, wind drift and bullet drop, muzzle breaks and suppressors, how to float your barrel, procedure for setting proper eye relief, sniper shooting positions, camouflage and targeting, how to read your targets and correct method for establishing eye dominance.
The instructor spent several tours in war zones so is speaking from experience. He is not simply some guy who took a shooting class and now thinks he is a hot shot because he can hit a target. This instructor knows what it is like to be alone in the jungle for weeks at a time with little sleep and food while himself being hunted by the enemy and attacked by insects all of which is a major game changer.
