There is a Magnetic Longwire Balun. It is an impedance 9:1 transformer to feed a high impedance, end fed (unbalanced) random wire which is likely to be a few hundred ohms, and transform it into something closer to a 50 ohm (unbalanced) coaxial input, hence UnUn. It can however also be used as a balun by not grounding the other half of the balanced output.

This balun is built around the high-quality ferrite core for coverage from 100 Khz to 35 Mhz, including all the shortwave bands from 160-6 meters as well as the AM broadcast band.

This balun can be used for transmitting and handles up to 250 watts PEP.

Although to build the antenna you have to have only ONE insulator but I am including TWO of small ceramic egg insulators so you can use them to build TWO wire antennas of different length using your own wire choosing its length according the table I am including with the balun. This balun has the wingnut to connect the wire to. So you can change the needen wires very fast and easy especially in portable operation.
